Barndominium & Carport Corrosion
Overview
Covered and exposed purlins, galvanized or painted steel, are barndominium and carport roof structural elements. In salty areas like coastal regions, purlins under roofs but exposed to salt air are prone to rust because the salt in the air builds up and accelerates corrosion. Metal which is not rinsed regularly is more likely to corrode. Regular maintenance and protective coatings are crucial to prevent rust and ensure their longevity. Assessment & Intervention
Initial assessment will identify any signs of corrosion under carport/exposed purlins area. If corrosion is present, intervention is required to prevent structural damage. Intervention will consists of addressing the present corrosion and slowing further damage via a protective coating.
Monthly Cleaning
Preventative care is performed monthly and consists of a rinse and salt elimination solutions. Monthly washes can be scheduled to maintain the integrity of your structure.
Air Conditioning Corrosion
Overview
AC unit coils are susceptible to corrosion due to salt air. The corrosion will lead to inefficient air flow and eventual failure. Using effective cleaning agents, we ensure thorough and gentle cleansing, protecting your system from corrosion and extending its lifespan. The key to air conditioning unit care is routine maintenance.
Protective coating
For the long term care of your homes exterior A/C unit, Beachfront Bright offers a protective coating for A/C units. After a through cleaning, a protection agent is used to coat and extend the life of your homes outside unit. The protection coating manufacturer recommends the coating be applied every 12 months with regular monthly cleanings.

Brine Removal Wash
Overview
A soft wash system is used to remove brine build up on the exterior of the home. Boat protection services can be brought to most boat slips and driveways. Our maintenance method addresses the regular protection needed for boats, trailers, and boat lifts exposed to salt water and salt air. Motor flushing available. RV and travel trailer washes utilize mild cleaning agents at low pressures. Salt elimination solutions will be applied after the wash due to salt exposure in the coastal area.

Pressure Washing and Surface Cleaning
Overview
Pressure washing is a effective cleaning method that uses high-pressure water to remove dirt, grime, mildew, and other contaminants from outdoor surfaces. This service is ideal for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of exterior surfaces. Flatwork pressure washing refers to the cleaning of flat surfaces, such as driveways, sidewalks, patios, and concrete slabs. Concrete must be at least 1 year old to apply any pressure without etching. Soft wash cleaning can be used on flatwork less than 1 year old.
